7. Shipping & Fulfillment

• Handling Time: We process and ship orders Monday thru Friday

• Shipping Carriers: We use USPS.

• Risk of Loss: All products purchased from the Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are final, we do not accept returns

• Damaged/Defective Products: If your froyo bite order arrives poorly please reach out to us asap so we can correct the issue and make you happy.

• Cancellations: Orders may be canceled only before they have been processed for shipping (usually within 24 hours of placing the order). Once the order is in our fulfillment queue, it cannot be canceled.

We stand behind our product. If an item is defective due to a manufacturing issue, contact us within four (4) weeks. At our discretion, we may provide a replacement.
