Alphonso Mango — The King of Mangoes

Often called the King of Mangoes, the Alphonso mango is revered for far more than reputation. Originating from India’s western coastal region of Maharashtra, the Alphonso has been cultivated for centuries and holds deep cultural significance.

When ripe, it releases an intensely fragrant, floral aroma with hints of honey, saffron, citrus blossom, and ripe stone fruit. Its deep golden flesh is remarkably smooth, virtually fiberless, melting on the palate like custard.
